✅ Qualifications
✔️ Graduate of an accredited LPN program
✔️ Active Washington LPN license
✔️ Current BLS and CPR certifications
✔️ Minimum 1 year of experience in rehab, long-term care, or acute settings
✔️ Detail-oriented with excellent communication and teamwork skills

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Administer medications, wound care, and treatments under RN supervision
✔️ Monitor patient status, document vital signs, and track progress
✔️ Collaborate on care plans with RNs, physicians, and therapists
✔️ Provide education to patients and families regarding care and recovery
✔️ Ensure compliance with facility protocols and safety standards
✔️ Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records
