We are seeking a licensed and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility in Cashmere, WA. This full-time role is ideal for professionals passionate about improving geriatric patient care in a collaborative and supportive environment.

✅ Qualifications:
✔️ Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
✔️ Active Washington State SLP license
✔️ Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation
✔️ ASHA CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellow eligibility
✔️ Experience in skilled nursing or geriatric care preferred
✔️ Proficiency in dysphagia management and cognitive-communication therapy
✔️ Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills

✅ Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Conduct evaluations and create customized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
✔️ Deliver therapy services in coordination with interdisciplinary teams (PT/OT, nursing, physicians)
✔️ Supervise Clinical Fellows (CFYs) and support staff according to state guidelines
✔️ Ensure accurate and timely documentation aligned with Medicare, HIPAA, and facility protocols
✔️ Educate patients and families on therapy strategies and safe swallowing techniques

• Earn $45 - $48 per hour based on experience.
