✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Administer medications, wound care, and treatments under RN supervision.
✔️ Track and report patient vitals, symptoms, and progress accurately.
✔️ Collaborate with RNs, therapists, and physicians on individualized care plans.
✔️ Educate patients and families on care routines, medications, and rehabilitation goals.
✔️ Maintain precise documentation, including clinical notes and medication logs.
✔️ Uphold infection control standards and safety protocols.
✔️ Advocate for patients’ needs and emotional well-being during recovery.

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Education: Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
✔️ Licensure & Certifications:
Active LPN license in Washington
Current BLS and CPR certification
✔️ Experience: At least 1 year in a rehab, SNF, or acute care setting preferred.
✔️ Skills: Proficient in EMR systems, clinical charting, and team-based care.
✔️ Personal Traits: Empathetic, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative.
