Employment Type: Per-Diem (2 Days/Week)
Hourly Rate: $29.07/hr

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Graduate of an accredited LPN program
✔️ Active West Virginia LPN license
✔️ Current BLS certification
✔️ 1+ year of experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or long-term care
✔️ Skilled in medication administration, wound care, and EHR systems
✔️ Strong communication, empathy, and adaptability in a fast-paced setting

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs
✔️ Administer medications and perform clinical treatments
✔️ Provide wound care, catheterization, and other procedures
✔️ Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and rehab specialists on care plans
✔️ Document care and promptly report any patient status changes
✔️ Offer support and education to patients and families
✔️ Ensure adherence to infection control and facility protocols
