Hourly Rate: $29.04/hr

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a respected Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility in Marlinton, WV 24954. This per-diem position offers the opportunity to provide direct care and support patients on their path to recovery.

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Perform patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
✔️ Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
✔️ Provide wound care, catheter care, and other clinical procedures.
✔️ Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and therapists on individualized care plans.
✔️ Document patient progress and promptly report changes in condition.
✔️ Support rehabilitation efforts with patient-centered care.
✔️ Maintain compliance with infection control and safety protocols.

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Education: Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
✔️ Licensure & Certifications:
Active West Virginia LPN license
Current BLS certification
✔️ Experience: Minimum 1 year in a SNF, rehab, or long-term care setting.
✔️ Technical Skills: EHR documentation, medication administration, wound care.
✔️ Soft Skills: Empathy, adaptability, teamwork, and communication.
