Primary Care Physician – Queens, Bronx, Brooklyn, NY (#3182)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $200,000 – $250,000 annually

✅ Qualifications
✔️ MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school
✔️ Active NYS Medical License
✔️ Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Primary Care
✔️ Bilingual in Spanish is required
✔️ Proficient in EHR systems, preventive care, and chronic disease management
✔️ Strong communication, cultural competency, and a passion for integrative care

✔️ Deliver full-spectrum primary care to patients of all ages
✔️ Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
✔️ Educate patients on preventive health and wellness
✔️ Collaborate with specialists to coordinate multidisciplinary care

✔️ Support quality improvement initiatives
