Job Description
• Must be Board Certified
• Primary Care Physicians office with 3 Physicians seeing 20 – 30 patients each on average per day, depending on the Provider.
• From prevention to diagnosis, and treatment, we see appointments for minor injuries, routine check-ups, immunizations, management of chronic illness or conditions, well-women exams, EKG’s, referrals to specialists, etc.
• We do not offer chronic medication management. We are also highly focused on MIPS Performance and Quality Measures.
• 12 and up patient population
• Start date: 8/1
• Schedule: Mon-Thurs 7:30a-5:00p or 8a-5p, Fri 7:30a-2:00p
• No patient scheduled at lunch time, providers can use this time for charting.
• EMR:eCW
• 3 Month assignments

• 3 month assignment with option to extend
• Must be BC
• Patients 12 and up
