✅ Qualifications
✔️ MD, DO, PhD, PsyD, or equivalent in a relevant clinical field
✔️ Active Washington State license and authorization to conduct business in WA
✔️ 2+ years of post-graduate clinical training or experience
✔️ 5+ years of DDDS consultation experience (preferred)
✔️ Proficiency in interpreting medical/psychological records and SSA regulations
✔️ Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
✔️ Must not be excluded from federal healthcare programs

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Review medical and psychological records to evaluate impairment severity
✔️ Provide expert consultation to DDDS adjudicators on case assessments
✔️ Ensure all recommendations align with SSA and DDDS standards
✔️ Participate in quarterly consultant meetings to support process improvement
✔️ Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation and communication
