Family Practice Physician Needed in WA:
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 13 weeks with the option to extend
Schedule: M-F 8a-5p, 40hrs/week. 8 hour work day with 1 hour unpaid lunch.
Special Procedures: Community Health Center; Basic bread and butter procedures. Injections, IUD placement, minor wound care.

WA License Required
Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 weeks
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
