Qualifications
✅ Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
✅ Licensure: Active West Virginia Medical License
✅ Experience: Minimum 3 years in a nursing home or long-term care setting

✅ Soft Skills: Strong leadership, collaboration, ethics, and attention to detail
