Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call
Schedule: M-F (8am-5pm) coverage needed in the clinic. Call would be 7 days a month roughly. Looking for ONE full time locum to help with coverage. (you will see it says one week a month but it is a full time position so must have that availability to qualify for the position).

Practice Setting:

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active CA License
· Minimum experience required: Provider must have 2 years of inpatient activity to qualify for privileges
· Certifications required: BLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 Days

• 13 week with possibility of extending
• On call required
