About the clinician's workday

This position offers a schedule of three days per week from 8 AM to 4:30 PM in an outpatient clinic, with inpatient consults as needed. Call responsibilities include 2-3 weekends per year and nights on a 1:10 rotation. The provider will see approximately 10 inpatient rounding patients and 15 in the outpatient clinic per day. Support staff includes 10 MDs/DOs and 8 APPs. The facility uses EPIC for EMR and is a Level 1 trauma center. A Connecticut license and board certification are required, and the position is needed due to a leave of absence or vacancy.
