DESCRIPTION:
24-hour call with 8 hours of clinic, M-F
Monday 8a – 8a
EMR: EPIC
100% Adult/ Geri
15-20 patients per day
Established Hematology patients

Skills/Procedures:
• Chemotherapy
• Blood Transfusions
• Immunotherapy
• Lumber Puncture (spinal tap)
• Radiation therapy
• Ablation therapy

REQUIRED:
· KY state license; active, unrestricted
· Board Certified
· ACLS, BLS, DEA

Dates of need:
Monday Mar 17 8am to Monday Mar 24, 8am
Monday Apr 14 8am to Monday April 21, 8am
Monday May 19 8am to Monday May 26 8am
Monday June 16 8am to Monday June 23 8am

COMPENSATION:
