Job description

We are looking for a provider to start as soon as credentialed for up to 4 months or longer
Schedule- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm- No call- Please inquire if alternative schedule desired
Outpatient clinic
Primarily Hematology Patients
Adults only- 18+
Support staff: Each MD has 1 FTE Clinic RN
Required Experience in:

• Chemotherapy

• Blood Transfusions

• Immunotherapy

Leukemia patients and Sickle Cell patients will be seen at this location


Requirements: Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology, EPIC EMR experience, Active KY license & DEA (candidates with active IMLC LOQ will be considered) , BLS, & ACLS

• Primarily Hematology patients
