• Support staff: APPs and office staff
• Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call. Call is beeper
• Schedule Details: 6 to 12 months, Monday Through Friday- 3 to 5 days per week with clinic call

• Avg. Daily Census: 15-18. Call ratio 10, 5 patients seen

• Board Certifications Req’d/Preferred: required
• State License(s): MA license
• Certifications: n/a
Credentialing Timeframe: with clean record, 8 weeks, 90 days with issues
