A cancer center is seeking a Hematologist/Oncologist for locum tenens coverage.

As much as you've heard about New York City there are still constantly changing things to do. Everywhere you look, you can find little coffee shops to stop in or bars to have a drink at after work! Take some time at Central Park to take in the sites while on assignment. There are tours for everything in the city so be sure to research what you want to do before heading to the city that never sleeps.

About the clinician's workday

This role includes both clinic and inpatient care with some weeknight call and 1:3 weekend call. Providers will see 912 hematology and oncology patients per day. The schedule consists of half-day clinic MondayFriday, followed by inpatient rounding. The facility uses Epic EMR and is open to candidates available 23 weeks per month. A New York license is required, with board certification in Medical Oncology as a minimum requirement.
