Oncology/Hematology Physician Needed in OH:
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 13 weeks with option for extension
Schedule: 5x8/hour shifts
Work details:
• Patients per day: 15-18
• Patient population/age: 18yr and older
• Department description: Hematology/Oncology Clinic
• EMR: EPIC

Ohio License Required (We can help license you)
Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60+ days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
