Description:
• Monday-Friday 8a-4:30, NO call –
• Part-time: 12 shifts per month
• Procedures: BMT, if desired
• PPD:15
• EMR Aria Varian Product

Required:
• PA License; will wait for IMLC
• Board Certified/ MedOnc
• BLS, DEA
• Long-term commitment needed (1year) for continuity of patient care


Travel expenses and malpractice insurance are provided.
