Short-Term Hem/Onc Assignment in WA

Job description

· Coverage Dates: End of March 2025 for 60 days
· Shift Schedule Details & Shift Duration: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm ( with 1hr lunch) ; The provider will be seeing patients 4 days a week with one – two of them being the ‘Doc of the Day’ for Infusion room urgent needs as well as out of office provider patient needs.
· Call Schedule/Responsibilities: When the provider is Doc of the day, they are assigned the overnight call. 1 weekend a month will be traditional On Call for phone calls and hospital contact. Call is very minimal.
· Type of Patients/Cases: Adult
· Patients per Day/Volume: 20
· Support Staff: Radiation Oncology, Palliative Care, Medical Oncology, ARNPs.
· EMR: Epic - prefer previous experience
· Misc information: Large amount of breast cancer patients on panel.
· Requirements: Active WA license; Board Certification in Hematology/Oncology
