Schedule: Looking for one full time or 2 providers who can work in tandem 2on/2off schedule
Work Details:
· Support staff: Yes
· Providers Requested: 1
· Trauma Level: 3
· EMR: Epic
Practice Setting:
• Inpatient/Outpatient
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active WA License or IMLC
· Fellowship: Preferred
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days

• Will accept candidates with an IMLC
• Great pay
• Ongoing for 3 months
