REQUIRED:
· WA state license; active, unrestricted
· Board Certified
· ACLS, BLS

COMPENSATION:
· Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
· Malpractice insurance provided
