Schedule Details
• 8hr shift
• Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00, Admin day on Tuesdays
• Minimum Availability (3-4 weeks per month) 4 days a week or 3 days a week for 4 weeks a month. Full panel of patients that need to be followed.

• Why Open? Gap for Coverage
• Will provider work solo? - Not in Bellingham; Will work with Medical Oncologists/Radiation Oncologists and ARNPS. Will work solo at Peace Island 1 day a week.
• BC Required- other certs required by MSO
• EMR- Epic proficient user required
• Privileges type- Hospital & Clinic
• Inpatient & outpatient Setting
• # of Inpatient Bed size 227
• Call Required- NO
• Age Group Adults
• Patient's per day- 15

Willing to License- Yes, WA license is not required at time of submission. Needed at time of Start
