Facility in Toledo, OH seeking Neurosurgery/Neuro ICU APP locums coverage Rates: $ Location: Toledo, OH Start Date: August 2025 Assignment Length: 6 Months (Through February/March 2026) Setting: Inpatient | Level 1 Trauma Center | Comprehensive Stroke Center Job Details Shift Type: Night shifts only (No call required) Coverage Dates: August 2025 – February/March 2026 Practice Setting: Hospital-based, Neuro ICU Patient Population: 100% Adult | 40% Trauma Average Patient Volume: Neuro ICU Census: ~10 patients Neurosurgical Consults: ~5 per night Support Team: 2 Neurointensivists (phone support at night) 3 Advanced Practice Providers in group EMR System: Epic Trauma Designation: Level I Trauma Center Stroke Center: Comprehensive Requirements License: Active Ohio license (Required or willingness to obtain) Certifications: BLS, ACLS (Required); ENLS (Highly Preferred) Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible (PA or CNP) Experience: Must be confident independently covering a 16-bed Neuro ICU and managing neurosurgical consults in a Level 1 Trauma environment Credentialing Timeframe: 90–120 days
