Location: Marshfield WI

Pay: $120.00-135.00 per hour

Initial 13-week contract

Schedule: 
Inpatient, OR, call and clinic coverage
Full-time coverage for FMLA leave
Level II trauma center
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Responsibilities:
Surgical first assist
Bedside procedures
Rounding independently in NICU, ICU, PICU, Peds and Med/Surg
Hospital and ER/UC consults
Clinical duties including consultations, post-operative care, fracture care, patient phone calls, medication refills and FMLA documentation

Procedures include: craniotomy, craniectomy, spinal fusions, decompressive surgeries, interventions for aneurysms, tumors and nerve injuries
Practice includes 2 Neurosurgeons

EMR: Cerner
Credentialing: 60 days
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Requirements:
Willing to await licensure
Board certification
BLS, ACLS, PALS and ACLS certification
Experience: 
Minimum 1-year Neurosurgery experience

• $120.00-135.00 per hour
