"A premiere group located in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a talented and compassionate Neurosurgeon to join their dynamic team. Practice Details:• Neurosurgery opportunity with a Spine focus• Brain and Spine team consists of 8 other Physicians and 6 APP’s• Flexible schedule with 2-3 OR days and 1-2 days in clinic• Averaging 20-25 patients per day in clinic• Call: 4-7 days of Trauma call per month• Walking into a large established panel with a great community reputationCompensation and Benefits:• 75% percentile MGMA compensation, $1 million+ proven income (negotiable) • Productivity, sign on, and relocation bonuses• Comprehensive, Enhanced Benefits Package - Health, Dental, Vision, Disability, 401K, PTO, CME, and malpractice coverageCommunity Details:• Phoenix boasts over 300 sunny days a year, making it ideal for outdoor enthusiasts.
