• Start Date: August 2025
• Shift Schedule:
o August 18 (7:00am) – 25 (7:00am)
o October 13 (7:00am) – 20 (7:00am)
o November 25 (7:00am) – December 1 (7:00am)
• Call: 24-Hour Beeper Call
• Practice Setting: Hospital (Trauma Level I)
• Patients per Day: ~6
• Surgeries per Day: ~6 (All Trauma, No Elective)
• Patient Population: 100% Adult Trauma
• EMR: Cerner
• Must be Board Certified
• BLS Required
• DEA Required (AZ Registered)
• Active AZ License Required (Will Consider IMLC)
