Job description

• Support staff: 2 MDs in group, not APP support
• Schedule Details: Call only, 10-13 days a month

• Facility Type: Hospital
• EMR/Charting Software: Epic
• Avg. Daily Census: client is working on getting this
• Patient Age Group: adult
• Procedures: Cranial, spine, and stroke mostly. Neurosurgery need a general neurosurgeon who can take hospital ER (cranial, spine, stroke)
Requirements:
• Board Certifications Req’d: Neurosurgery
• State License(s): GA
• Certifications:
• Beds: 500+
• DEA Req’d?: yes
• Years of Experience Req’d: 1 year
Credentialing Timeframe: 120 days; temps may be allowed
Willing To License?: yes if IMLC eligible but will look at GA licensed providers first

• Ongoing for 6 months or longer
• 10-13 24 hour call shifts a month
• Willing to license if have the IMLC active currently
