Peds/Adolescents Women's Health APP needed in Columbus, OH

Hello, this is Alisha, Senior Principal Recruiter at Aya Locums. I'm reaching out today about a new Peds/Adolescents Women's Health and Gynecology APP needed in Columbus, OH.

Contract Length: 3 months, ASAP start
Shift Details: Monday through Friday, 5 8s, 8a-5p

Work Details:
-Womens Health NP for Peds Adolescent Gynecology needed, subspecialty under OBGYN.
-Teen Sexual Health education/care experience. Must have experience in handling these conversations with patient/parents. Very rarely pregnant patients.
Patient population: Ages 10-12 or older. Any younger patients go to the attendings.

Minimum experience:
-No new grads. 2 years ideal in family practice or women’s health background where they have OBGYN clinic experience working with under 18 age young women in regards to sexual health and reproductive health, exams, etc.
-Must have experience with birth control, IUDs, Nexplanon, minor procedures. Experience with education and administering of STI care and birth control devices/medications with young women specifically under 18.
