· Providers Requested: 2
· Trauma Level: 3
· EMR: Cerner
· Bed in department: 10
· Skills required: Low risk pregnancy, High risk pregnancy, FHR interpretation - NST/CST/FSE, OB Ultrasounds - Performance of, interpretation, Amniocentesis, Routine delivery, Complicated delivery, Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations, Office/minor gynecology, Surgical gynecology
Practice Setting:
• Inpatient
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active AK License Only
· Certifications required: BLS, PALS, NRP
Credentialing Timeframe: Will need to do emergency credentialing

• 13 weeks with option to extend
• 24 hour on call
