Opportunity Overview:

We're seeking an MD/DO OB/GYN physician for locum call coverage in Central California. This is an ongoing PRN opportunity offering flexible 24-hour call shifts in a high-volume Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). You'll join a call rotation with another physician and be supported by on-site labs, imaging, and ultrasound services.

Practice Details:

Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)

Cerner EMR

Two physicians on call per shift

In-clinic work is optional but available

Schedule:

24-hour call shifts

Minimum of 5 shifts/month preferred

Clinic optional; home call permitted

Shifts open monthly

Scope of Work:

OB call coverage, including L&D and unassigned patients

C-sections and GYN surgeries preferred but not required

IUD insertions, biopsies, HRT, pap smears, and more

Requirements:

MD or DO degree

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology

Active California license and DEA

ACLS certified

Recent case logs: 100 deliveries + 50 GYN surgeries in last 24 months

Travel & Logistics:

All-inclusive locums package

Housing, mileage, and support included as needed
