Schedule: (2) 24-hour shifts (M-Thurs.) & (3) 24-hour shifts(Friday, Saturday, or Sunday)

• Patients per day: 15
• Patient Population/Age: Adults
• EMR: EPIC
• Skills Required: Bread and Butter procedures
Practice Setting:
• Hospital
• Outpatient
Requirements:
• Board Certification: Required
• License Required: Must have active GA license
• DEA:
• Certifications Required: BLS
• Minimum Experience Required:
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days

Epic Training is every other week 8-4:30p. Epic training can only happen after credentialing, and must be
completed before the provider can start.

• Ongoing for 4 months or longer
• 24 Hour On Call shifts are needed
• Flexible schedule
