Job description

chedule: 4 days per week (Mon, Tue, Thu: 8:00am–4:30pm | Wed: 8:00am–6:00pm | Fri: 8:00am–2:00pm)

Clinic Patient Volume: ~20 patients/day

Deliveries: ~30/month

Call Schedule:

7:00am to 7:00am

1 weekend per month

1–2 weeknights per week

Clinic and Call Coverage Required Weekly: Yes

C-Section Rate: ~20%

GYN Surgeries Required: No

High-Risk Transfers: None

NICU Level: II

Hospital Bed Count: 10–20

EMR: Epic

Support Structure:

Midwives onsite (currently confirming supervision details)

No additional locations required

No supervision required for MDs or DOs

Support staff in clinic and hospital settings

Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, NRP

Other Notes:

Site can credential quickly – potentially ASAP

Open to multiple providers
