Job description

Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call
Schedule: Current open on call locum need is from 7/30/25 7am - 8/4/25 7am at this time. Will have more dates in the future. This position will handle only "hospital" call from Friday 7am, Saturday, Sunday & Monday 7am for weekend
coverage : 1 weekend/month coverage is needed in an ongoing basis. Ideal coverage is a drive in candidate who can cover weekends and occasional weekday coverage on call coverage if needed in the future

· Patients per shift: 20-25
· Providers Requested: 2
· EMR: Cerner
· Bed in department: 72
· Skills required: delivery, C-Sections, & surgical procedures that may be required such as hysterotomies, etc.
Practice Setting:
• Outpatient
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active IN License
· Certifications required: BLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 2 Weeks

• 13 weeks with option to extend
• 24 hour on call
