Any license is accepted.
Located in North Dakota

Two different schedule options, 2 weeks/month or 2 weeks every other month.
Heavy clinic with call back. Low volume, averages 100 deliveries a year, slowly growing.

Rate is competitive
Travel and lodging provided
Must be board certified OBGYN
