1099 independent contractor
24-hr call rates negotiable

FACILTY DETAILS AND RESPONSIBILITIES (OB/GYN)
Provide 24-hr call coverage with an expected volume of 2-5 calls per shift.
Start/end date of coverage needed: May 23-27 May 29-31 and June 11-15, 19-20, 23-27
C-Section, Diagnostic Laparoscopy, Laparoscopic Bilateral Tubal Ligation, Cold Knife Cervical Conization, C-Section w/ Cystotomy with repair, Cervix Conization Biopsy, Suction S&C, Loop Electrosurgical Excision Procedure, Vaginal Delivery
Stay within 30 min of hospital

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS (OB/GYN)
Board certification required.
TX medical license required.
