Start Date: January 1, 2026 | Contract Length: 13 weeks (with option to extend)
Schedule: Full-Time | 4 Days/Week | Scheduled + Call Coverage
Setting: Inpatient & Outpatient | EPIC EMR

We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate OB/GYN Physician for a full-time locum assignment in Texas starting January 2026. This is a balanced role with light patient volume, strong RN support, and a mix of OB and GYN procedures—perfect for someone looking for consistency and flexibility in a well-supported hospital environment.

📋 Position Details:
Schedule: 4 shifts/week (likely Tues–Fri), full-time

Call: Yes (details upon request)

Support Staff: 4 RNs

Patient Volume: 2 patients per shift

Population: Adult women

EMR: EPIC

Practice Type: Hospital-based (inpatient & outpatient mix)

🛠 Skills Required:
Low-risk pregnancy & fetal heart rate interpretation (NST/CST/FSE)

Vaginal deliveries, low forceps, C-sections

Surgical gynecology (open and laparoscopic minor/diagnostic)

Major gynecology procedures (ectopic, ovary/cyst removal, LOA)

Preferred Skills:

High-risk pregnancy management

Repair of 3rd & 4th-degree lacerations

✅ Requirements:
Board Certified or Eligible in OB/GYN

Active Texas Medical License

Certifications: BLS, ACLS

Credentialing Timeframe: 30–60 days
