OBGYN needed in Abingdon, VA! 24 hour call coverage!

Job description

• Coverage needed per month: Inpatient only 24hr call
• Frequency of any Call needed: 24hr inpatient call, 7a-7a
• Schedule Details: July 3-8, then PRN
Work Details:
• Support staff: Labor & Delivery RNs, On Call Pediatrics, On Call Anesthesia
• Department Description: Inpatient 24hr call OB/GYN (Labor & Delivery)
• Patient Volume: 27 – 34 Deliveries per month
• Patient Age Group: 15 - 45
• EMR/Documentation System: Epic
• Special Procedures/Unit Details: Vaginal Deliveries and C-Sections (Facility does not support VBACs)
• Special Equipment Used: JADE System
Requirements:
• Board Certifications Req’d/Preferred: BC in OBGYN preferred
• State License(s) Req’d?: VA license required
• Certifications Req’d?: ALS, BCLS
• DEA Req’d?: Yes
• Are vaccines mandatory?: Yes
• Additional requirements/details to screen for?: clean files only!
Privileging Timeframe: ~45 days
