• Contract Length: 3 Months
• Shift Schedule: Tuesday & Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Thursday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Practice Setting: Clinic/Private Practice
• Patient Population: All Ages
• EMR: Allscripts
• Required Skills:
o DOT certified (or willing to obtain before the first shift)
o Comfortable working autonomously
o Proficient with suturing
• Must be Board Certified in Primary Care or Related Field
• Active CA License Required
