• Start Date: ASAP
• Contract Length: July and August
• Coverage needed per Month: 2-3 Shifts per Week
• Shift Schedule: 24-Hour Shift
o July: 6, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 25, 26, 27, 29, 31
o August: 5, 7, 9, 12, 15, 17, 19, 22, 24, 28, 30
• Practice Setting: Inpatient/Hospital
• Patients per Day: 7-15
• Patient Population: 0-18 years, PICU and Pediatrics
• EMR: Cerner
• Skills required: perform intubations, central lines, art lines, and LPs. We are an adult level one trauma center for the state and therefore get a lot of pediatric traumas, some of which include neurosurgery patients.
No ecmo, crrt, or transplant.
• Must be Board Certified
• BLS & PALS Required
• DEA Required
• Active AZ License Required
• 1 Year of PICU Experience Required
