About the clinician's workday

The pediatric hospitalist will conduct rounds on pediatric inpatients and nursery patients during 24-hour shifts, then provide night call coverage from the hotel. The clinician will manage a caseload of 3-6 pediatric patients and 6-9 nursery patients, performing procedures including high risk deliveries and C-sections as required. Board certification in pediatrics is required for this assignment. The position involves continuous availability for call responsibilities throughout the coverage period.
