Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting an experienced Intervention Pain Management & Rehabilitation/Physician to work Locums in Medford, Oregon (OR). The anticipated start is ASAP, work with a competitive market rate and benefits.


The Pain Management & Rehabilitation Role:
2 positions needed.
EMR: EPIC
PPD: 8-10

Required:
OR state license; active, unrestricted; or IMLC Letter of Qualification (in-hand)
BC or truly BE (within 5 years of training)
OR DEA
BLS

Schedule:
Specific dates - TBD.
Flexible and open to any availability. ** Supplemental fulfillment.
Call Monday- Sunday 7am-7pm
Sunday is call only (no clinic time).
Facility schedule (on-site): Monday-Saturday 8am-430pm.
