Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Job description

We are seeking goal-oriented, professional, and ethical nurse practitioners to join our team to provide medication management, education, and physical health support to our clients. As a Board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, you will provide outpatient psychiatric services, emphasizing treatment-resistant disorders, substance abuse, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and other behavioral health concerns of individuals receiving care from H4Y. Adhere to facility policies, state, and federal regulations, and other accrediting body requirements. Collaborate with a diverse team to ensure comprehensive client care, including medication management, alternative therapies, and lifestyle modifications.
