Part-Time Psych NP – ACT / Outpatient Program (16–20 hrs/week)
Start ASAP | Onsite Preferred | Short-Term Contract with Extension Potential

We are seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide care within our Outpatient and ACT (Assertive Community Treatment) Program on a part-time basis (16–20 hours/week).

Position Overview:
Start Date: ASAP

Schedule:

Two 8-hour days or two 10-hour days

Must be available Thursdays

8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Duration: 2–3 month contract (to cover LOA), with potential to extend

Location: Onsite preferred to start; potential community visits; some flexibility over time

Clinical Details:
Patient Population: Adults 18+, SMI (Severe Mental Illness)

Caseload: 6–8 patients per day

Services:

1-hour psychiatric evaluations

30-minute medication management visits

Requirements:

Medicare and Medicaid credentialing required

Experience working with the SMI population strongly preferred

Comfort working both onsite and, potentially, in the community
