✔️ Evaluate and treat orthopedic and sports injury cases
✔️ Create personalized rehab plans and adjust as needed
✔️ Document treatment progress in EMR
✔️ Collaborate with PT aides and support staff
✔️ Utilize aquatic therapy tools (if applicable)

✅ What You’ll Need:
✔️ Graduation from an accredited PT program (or near completion)
✔️ Active CA Physical Therapy license (or eligibility)
✔️ Strong manual therapy and rehab protocol skills
✔️ Patient-centered mindset and team collaboration
