✔️ Graduate (or soon-to-be) of an accredited Physical Therapy program
✔️ California PT license or eligibility
✔️ Strong skills in manual therapy and rehab protocols

✔️ Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions
✔️ Design and update individualized treatment plans
✔️ Monitor and document clinical progress
✔️ Work closely with aides and other team members
✔️ Utilize aquatic therapy resources where applicable
