✔ Diagnose and treat acute/chronic musculoskeletal conditions
✔ Perform surgical and non-surgical procedures (e.g., fracture repair, joint treatment)
✔ Create and adjust rehabilitation plans post-surgery
✔ Order and interpret diagnostic imaging and lab tests
✔ Supervise support staff and collaborate with specialists
✔ Stay current through medical conferences and continued education
