✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
✔️ Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to nursing staff
✔️ Support patient rehab plans through mobility and engagement
✔️ Keep accurate records and ensure a clean, safe care environment
✔️ Work alongside nurses and therapists to deliver personalized, high-quality care

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Education: High school diploma or equivalent
✔️ Licensure: Active AL CNA license & current BLS certification
✔️ Experience: Prior SNF or rehab experience preferred
✔️ Technical Skills: ADL support, vital signs, EHR, and infection control
✔️ Soft Skills: Team-focused, empathetic, and dependable in fast-paced settings
