✅ Qualifications
✔️ Education: Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant program
✔️ Licensure/Certifications:
  ✔️ Active NH LNA certification
  ✔️ Current BLS certification
✔️ Experience: 1+ year in rehab, long-term care, or acute care settings
✔️ Technical Skills: Skilled in ADLs, vitals monitoring, and infection control
✔️ Soft Skills: Empathetic, communicative, and team-oriented

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Assist patients with bathing, dressing, mobility, and ADLs
✔️ Monitor and report condition changes to nursing staff
✔️ Support rehab therapy through setup and safety monitoring
✔️ Document care and maintain accurate patient records
✔️ Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
✔️ Ensure a clean, organized, and safe patient environment
