✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Assist patients with ADLs: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding
✔️ Monitor and report patient health changes to nursing staff
✔️ Support rehabilitation efforts through mobility assistance and engagement
✔️ Maintain accurate records and follow infection control protocols
✔️ Ensure a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents
✔️ Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and staff to deliver holistic care

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Education: High school diploma or GED required
✔️ Licensure: Active New Mexico CNA certification + BLS
✔️ Experience: Experience in SNF, rehab, or long-term care preferred
✔️ Technical Skills: Vital signs, electronic charting, infection control, and ADL support
✔️ Soft Skills: Compassionate communication, adaptability, and teamwork
