Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support a Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation facility in Clovis, NM. In this per-diem role, you’ll provide direct patient care during 12-hour shifts, focusing on comfort, safety, and recovery.

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
✔️ Licensure: Active New Mexico CNA license & BLS certification
✔️ Experience: Previous experience in a SNF, rehab center, or similar setting preferred
✔️ Technical Skills: Skilled in ADLs, monitoring vitals, EHR use, and infection control
✔️ Soft Skills: Empathetic, team-oriented, communicative, and dependable

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
✔️ Observe and report changes in patient condition
✔️ Support rehabilitation through exercise and patient engagement
✔️ Keep accurate records and maintain a safe, hygienic environment
✔️ Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to deliver personalized care
